I offer my services to try and suit people with different schedules.  As such, I have availability during weekdays, some evenings, and selected weekend time slots.  Prices are the same regardless of what time slot is agreed.  Please see the sub-headings on the services tab for more detailed information about each one.

Unlike many traditional personal trainers and therapists, I offer sessions of varying lengths to better accommodate my clients.  Sessions are available in 30, 45, and 60 minute slots.  I can also be quite flexible.  For example if we are working both on your exercise and nutrition then we could do a 90 minute slot.  Thirty minutes of nutrition coaching followed by an hour of training and mobility.  This helps you to fit what you need into your schedule.
